Patients need to come together to demand accountability from the healthcare system as well as the legal, insurance and legislative communities. All of the stakeholders must partner to make patient safety a reality.

For too long, patients injured in medical treatment have faced a legal system that doesn't work for them - and that doesn't have their interests in mind.  The process is unfair.  We want to change that.

Today we're working to improve the legal system so that injured patients can be paid quickly for their losses, in a less adversarial process, and in a way that helps to prevent injuries from happening again.  We're building a coalition that is advocating for change.
