The Patient Coalition for Reliable Justice is a group of individuals committed to improving the way America’s legal system treats patients who have been injured in medical treatment.
We’re working to get America’s policy makers to make changes that help patients and families get compensated faster when they’ve experienced harm. We want the law to play a meaningful role in helping to make medical treatment safer. And we want the legal system to help reputable institutions who care about safety and justice and enjoy public trust. The legal system should not only provide recourse for injured patients, but should help to ensure that people have access to quality medical care across the country.
We’re an initiative of Common Good (www.commongood.org), the national non-profit coalition that is working to improve the legal system – and restore common sense to America.
